1. Before arrival: confirm field, start time, roster, uniforms, weather plan, and the league's game-day message.
2. At arrival: mark the team area, count players, check footwear and water, and identify the assistant's job.
3. Before kickoff: review the substitution plan, safe restart expectations, and where spare equipment lives.
4. After the game: gather balls and pinnies, check the field for trash, and confirm every player leaves with the approved adult.

Setup notes

Keep one master copy in the team bag and a short game-day version on the clipboard. Add only the local details the team actually uses.
