How to use it

A simple game-day planner for putting every T-Ball player in the batting order and assigning easy-to-follow field jobs.

1. Write every player in the batting order before assigning field positions.
2. Use broad jobs—pitcher area, first base area, infield, outfield—and match the language to the local league format.
3. Mark who starts each inning and who retrieves the bat or ball only when an adult directs them.
4. Add a parent-facing note for the order of turns and a coach-facing note for equipment and safety.

Setup notes

Fill it out with the confirmed roster, then keep it on a clipboard away from the hitting zone. Check the league's T-Ball format before using position labels.

Coach cues
