How to use it
A premium flag football session for building safe defense, consistent spacing, route timing, and small-sided decision-making.
- 0–10 min: Movement warm-up, stance, stop signal, and safe flag-pull review.
- 10–24 min: Defensive angle and flag-pull progression from walk-through to controlled speed.
- 24–38 min: Route spacing—short, middle, and deep landmarks with a quarterback reading one defender.
- 38–52 min: Small-sided game with a defined offensive concept and a defensive communication goal.
- 52–57 min: Replay two common situations: crowded routes and missed flags.
- 57–60 min: Huddle, hydration reminder, and equipment return.
Setup notes
