How to use it
A premium 10U baseball practice that links throwing quality, infield decisions, hitting approach, and game-speed repetitions.
- 0–10 min: Dynamic movement and partner throwing from short distance, adding a controlled crow hop only when ready.
- 10–24 min: Infield decision stations—routine ground ball, slow roller, and communication on a second-base feed.
- 24–38 min: Hitting stations for approach, tee or front toss, and base-running reads; rotate every few minutes.
- 38–52 min: Situational defense with runners represented by cones and one clear decision per rep.
- 52–58 min: Short live inning with a between-inning teaching note.
- 58–60 min: Equipment count and one player-led recap.
Setup notes
Set the infield stations before players arrive and define where live balls stop. Confirm any pitching and catching workload limits before adding game-speed throws.
