How to use it

A station-based T-Ball practice with enough repetition for young players to hit, run, throw, and catch without standing in a line.

  1. 0–7 min: Name game with movement—players travel to a color or cone when called.
  2. 7–17 min: Throwing buckets: roll, scoop, and gentle underhand toss with a partner or coach.
  3. 17–29 min: Three hitting stations—tee swing, bat-ready shape, and retrieve-and-return.
  4. 29–38 min: Base path adventure: run to first, stop at the marker, and return through the outside lane.
  5. 38–43 min: Team game that combines a rolled ball, a run to the base, and a safe reset.
  6. 43–45 min: Equipment song, high-five line, and one thing to practice next time.
