How to use it
A compact T-Ball session that gives every child several turns with a ball, bat, base, and simple team routine.
- 0–5 min: Welcome, names, and a movement game that ends at a home cone.
- 5–12 min: Roll-and-scoop pairs with a short distance and a clear return path.
- 12–22 min: Tee hitting in two small lanes; one adult watches the bat zone while the other retrieves.
- 22–27 min: Run to first and stop at the base marker, then walk back outside the lane.
- 27–30 min: Gather equipment by color, celebrate a safe choice, and preview the next turn.
Setup notes
Use soft balls and two short hitting lanes if staffing permits. If not, keep one bat active and make the waiting job active but away from the swing.
Coach cues
- Show the ready position before the bat.
- Give one cue, then let the child swing.
- Keep the next turn visible so waiting feels purposeful.

- Soft balls

- Helmets

Watch for
